How soon can I get an appointment?

Our office strives to make every effort to accommodate all appointment request. We have convenient hours with walk-in and urgent care services. Extended office hours are available by appointment only to accommodate before and after school/work.

Is my healthcare provider in-network with my insurance plan?

Phoenix Healthcare Clinic has provided a list of insurances that we participate with on our website. Please make sure that you always verify your insurances participation with your health plan.

What is a deductible?

The amount you have to pay out-of –pocket for expenses before your insurance company will cover the remaining costs.

What is coinsurance?

A co-sharing agreement between the insured and the insurer which provides that the insured will cover a set cost after the deductible has been met.

What is a copay?

The amount that the patient is expected to pay at the time of their medical visit. The amount is determined by the insured’s health plan.

Does Phoenix Healthcare Clinic offer a self pay discount?

Can I pay my bill over the phone?

Yes, Phoenix Healthcare Clinic accepts HSA cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover for your convenience. You may pay by check in-person or via mail.

Can I pay my bill on-line?

No, currently we do not have options for on-line payments.

How do I know how much my balance is?

If you would like updated information regarding your account please contact our billing service, Elite Medical at 913-254-0225. Elite Medical provides our patients with monthly statements reflecting their balance after insurances has been processed. If you have misplaced your statement or unsure of current balance you may contact them directly.
